About us
KAI Partner is a taxi partner company licensed in Warsaw and Łódź. We stand between the ride-hailing platforms and the drivers who work on them, so that a driver arriving from abroad has one company to talk to instead of five offices.
What a taxi partner actually does
Uber, Bolt and FreeNow do not sign contracts with individual foreign drivers in Poland. They work through licensed partner companies. We are that company: your rides are booked under our licence, the platforms transfer your earnings to us, and we pay you every week with a statement showing exactly how the amount was calculated.
Who we work with
Most of our drivers come from Georgia, and our team speaks their language. Whether you have just landed in Warsaw or you have been driving here for years and want a partner who answers the phone, the process is the same: we look at your documents, tell you honestly what is missing, and get you on the road.
How we work
- Clear terms in writing. Every rental and cooperation agreement is explained before you sign it.
- No hidden deductions. Your weekly statement lists every position — platform earnings, rental, fuel, invoices and our service fee.
- One coordinator. You are not passed between departments; the same person follows your case from start to finish.
- Legal first. We do not put anyone on the road before their permits are in order.
